Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms govern the use of inskillcyber.com and of the courses sold on it. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you accept them.

1. The service

inskillcyber is an online training platform dedicated to offensive security: penetration testing, red teaming, bug bounty and malware analysis. Courses are accessed from a browser, after creating an account.

The content is provided for learning purposes. It is neither an audit nor security advice about any particular system.

2. Your account

You create an account with an email address and a password, or by using your Google account. The information you provide must be accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account. An account is personal: it may not be shared or resold.

You may request deletion of your account at any time by writing to support@inskillcyber.com.

3. Course access

Purchasing a course opens personal access to its content. That access is not transferable.

The content may not be copied, redistributed or made available to third parties, whether free of charge or for payment.

4. Prices and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card details.

Prices may be displayed in several currencies for guidance. The currency actually charged is the one shown on the payment page.

Any refund request should be sent to support@inskillcyber.com and will be reviewed case by case.

5. Lawful use of the techniques taught

The courses describe real attack techniques. You undertake to use them only on systems you own, on the test environments provided, or on targets for which you hold explicit written authorisation from the owner.

Any use against a third-party system without authorisation is illegal in most countries and is your sole responsibility.

We suspend without notice any account used to prepare, carry out or claim an unauthorised intrusion.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, exercises, materials and labs remain the property of inskillcyber. A purchase grants a right of personal access and use; it transfers no ownership.

Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned in the courses belong to their respective owners.

7. Service availability

The service is provided as is. Interruptions may occur, for maintenance or for a cause beyond our control.

Course content may change, in particular when a tool or a technique changes.

8. Termination

We may suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of these terms, in particular of the section on lawful use of the techniques taught.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended. The version in force is the one published on this page, together with its update date.
